Our Procedure

Step 1: The Candidates those who are interested to attend the interview shown in the advertisement, should fill the form and pay the Processing Charge (It’s non refundable). Rs. 500/- ( 3 Month validity) (It’s non refundable).

Step 2: We will provide interview as per your qualification / Experience against the advertisement which you applied for . If any obstacles (Except Natural calamities, Govt actions), comes during this period, you need to wait for the time given by us. if it is acceptable you can process the registration.

Step 3: If you fail to attend the proposed interview without a valid reason/ trior intimation, the registration will be cancelled. And if you wish to continue the service with us, should get the approval from the concern for a re-registration . Also note that the information given by you while registration finds anything wrong, the registration will be cancelled.

Step 4: Our HR Consultant will train you for the interview & send you the “INTERVIEW CONFIRMATION LETTER" through mail. It will include the Date of interview, Time, Venue, Details of reporting person etc.

Step 5: Candidate need to download the "Confirmation letter" from mail and submit it to the Front-office of the recruiting company for attending the interview.

Step 6: If you are selected and satisfied with the Job, You will received the Bill from us and pay the amount with immediate effect. Service charges as below, it’s not refundable.

• Below:Rs: 10000/- = Rs. 3000/- (Before Joining)
• Salary between Rs: 10000/- to Rs: 15000/- = Rs. 5000/- ( Rs. 3000/- Before Joining & Remaining Rs.2000/- after getting first month salary)
• Above Rs.15000/- = 30% Of your one month CTC . ( Rs.3000/- Before Joining & Remaining after getting first month salary) / If you interested to pay it as one time settlement, you can pay only 20% of your total salary (CTC) " before joining" & get 10% as discount.

Step 7: It is your wish to attend the interview or not. But, it will be counted in our record. Once you accepted the job and join in the company our responsibility is over. We will not be responsible if anything happens in your job after joining.

Step 8: If you fail the suggested interview, We will try to arrange another interview as per your qualification / Experience. No other charges applied for this, but should wait till the opportunity comes.

Step 9: Our process is that , according to the vacancies, we publish advertisement in the social media and accept registration only against the vacancy . it's not for the individual we find vacancies.

Note: Candidate shall compensate to us on rejecting the job after compliance of all the formalities without stating convincing reason.

Note: Once you receive our application form through Email, make sure to submit the form & pay the registration fee within 2 days. Otherwise we won't able to arrange the said interviews on time. And you have to wait till the next vacancy comes.
